Returns Policy

  • One-time exchange is allowed for items that have not been worn, altered or washed
  • Goods are in original condition, with all tags still intact
  • No refund/exchange on sale items and overseas purchases
  • Returns postage costs will be at customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or not as ordered
  • Registered post is recommended when returning an item as returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Mandarin Peony Cheongsam

Postage & Delivery

  • Goods will be delivered on business days
  • We ship from both Indonesia & Singapore, we will notify you if there’s any delay in processing your order.
  • For urgent Jakarta deliveries, please purchase from Tokopedia and items can be delivered by courier (Gojek or Grab) or contact our Customer Service to arrange delivery with your preferred method.
  • Worldwide delivery, please choose your country when checking out or contact us directly for postage fee quotations
  • We do not take responsibility for items lost during transit period, please opt for additional insurance to ensure a smooth delivery

Appointments

  • Our collection can be viewed and tried on at our headquarter (Pangeran Jayakarta)
  • Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm, latest appointment at 4 pm
  • Saturday, 9 am to 12 noon, latest appointment at 11 am
  • Payment by cash/debit BCA

Payment Methods

  • For local customers, payment by direct bank transfer / credit card / QRIS
  • For overseas customers, payment by credit card only
